A nutritious soup with soya granules.
Keep your heart healthy with a well-balanced meal that provides the right nutrients. G Padma Vijay makes the perfect spread, complete with soup and dessert.
Ingredients

Serves: 2
Time required: 10-15 minutes

  ½ cup soya granules
½ litre water
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste, sautéed in oil
¼ tsp cummin powder
A pinch of salt
For the garnish:
2 tsp spring onion, chopped

Method
Boil soya granules in water till tender and squeeze out the water. Mix with the remaining ingredients and boil it for a few minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for five-10 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onion.
