Ingredients

½ cup soya granules
½ litre
water
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste, sautéed in oil
¼
tsp cummin powder
A pinch of salt
For the garnish:
2 tsp spring onion, chopped

Method
Boil
soya granules in water till tender and squeeze out the water. Mix with the
remaining ingredients and boil it for a few minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for
five-10 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring
onion.
