Ingredients

Serves: 2
Time required: 5 minutes

2 lettuce leaves
2 sweet lime segments
2 orange segments
1 tsp orange or lime peel
Lime juice dressing (see below)
Orange dressing (see below)
For the garnish:
2 tsp mint leaves, chopped

Method
Mix sweet lime, orange and orange or lime peel in a bowl with the dressing and divide into equal portions. Place each portion on a lettuce leaf. Garnish with the chopped mint leaves and serve.

Lime Juice Dressing
makes 30 ml
2 tbsp lime juice
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper powder
Mix all ingredients.

Orange Dressing
makes 30 ml
2 tbsp orange juice
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper powder
Mix all the ingredients
