2 lettuce leaves
2 sweet lime segments

orange segments
1 tsp orange or lime peel
Lime juice dressing (see
below)

For the garnish:
2 tsp mint
leaves, chopped

Method
Mix sweet lime, orange and orange or lime
peel in a bowl with the dressing and divide into equal portions. Place each
portion on a lettuce leaf. Garnish with the chopped mint leaves and
serve.
