One
beauty rule I always follow:
Never to
go to bed with make-up on. However tired I am, I have to wipe it off with a
gentle cleanser and face wash.
I
keep skin stress-free with:
A little
TLC every now and then. My day is all about running around under lights with
lots of make-up, so I take care to keep my skin clean at all times.
My
greatest beauty luxury:
Kanebo, a cream
from Japan. At £ 350, it is one of the world's most expensive, but I've
used it since I was 16. It is ever so gentle and pampers my skin
perfectly.
My
skin behaves best when:
I've had a good
jog followed by a sauna. It gives my complexion a glow.
Best
beauty therapy:
Massage. My skin is
dry, so I massage it once a week with almond oil.
Pre-party
quick-fix:
There's a nice Radiance
Mask by Lancôme which gets you glowing in just 15 minutes.
On
a bad hair day:
I tie my hair back in a
neat pony tail, use a spray to set it, and use nice hair clips!
Bedside
table essentials:
An aroma diffuser,
with lavender and jasmine oils, three different books.
Best
beauty advice:
Know your body inside
out. Understand its requirements - nourish it when it needs food, drink water
when it is low on moisture, refresh it when it's tired. There's nothing more
beautiful than being connected with yourself.
