Mint
Tea
(Digestive drink with a fresh flavour of mint, usually after
meals, extremely popular in Israel and the Middle East)
Serves:
Two
Time: 10 minutes

6 to 8 five-cm sprigs of mint leaves
440 ml boiling
water
1/3 tsp Darjeeling tea leaves
sugar to taste
Put the mint
sprigs into the cups, top with boiling water; add a pinch of tea leaves and
sugar. Serve immediately
