A full-time student of art
education at Queen’s University, New York City, Nargis Fakhri, who is part
Czechoslovakian and part Pakistani, loves to apply make-up on friends, and make
her own clothes. A part-time secretary, Nargis has done hair and make-up shows
for Aveda, Elite Hair and Braids, and Jacob Javits Convention amongst others.
She has studied drama and acting and has been an extra on the sitcom
‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S.’
She loves dancing and has spent two years
learning modern dance at Francis Lewis High School, a year learning Jazz at
Queens Borough College and danced modern, jazz, hip hop amd funk at the Broadway
Dance Centre. She is tired of being labelled exotic by local agencies, and is
looking for a clean break.
