I go to the gym six days a week to
work out and tone my body along with keeping it in shape. At the gym, I do
cardios and lots of running on the treadmill which helps me increase my stamina.
Weights and abs follow. When in Mumbai, I take a walk in the evening
as the weather is very pleasant. As far as my daily dietary intake is concerned,
my day starts with five glasses of plain water, which helps me cleanse my system
and keep my skin looking fresh and healthy.
Breakfast consists of
fresh fruit juices or milk. Seasonal fruits are also a part of my breakfast. I
drink lots of water all day long as it is the best remedy to keep the system
clean and the skin glowing. For lunch, I have a portion of rice along with
pulses, one vegetable, two chapattis and salad.
As an evening snack
I drink coconut water or juice along with digestive biscuits. Dinner starts with
salad and soup, followed by chapattis, pulses, one vegetable and curd. If I feel
hungry between meals, I snack on fruits and salads.
Chocolates are
something I can't resist, but I minimise my intake. I am a pure vegetarian and I
believe that vegetarianism is the healthy way of life. I generally do not drink
or smoke. Occasional drinking while socialising consists of wine
only.
For my skin, I do not use any chemicals like facial bleach. I
have never had a facial done till date, as I strongly believe that home remedies
are very helpful for my skin. I use malai on my face to keep it baby soft. Good
skin is part of my genes and so I do not have to worry too much about it. If
need be, I use multani mitti as a face
pack.
