Just Reiki It

when a therapy has been around for as long as reiki has, there are bound to be offshoots. dr harminder dang talks about swachchand reiki which he has developed to work like a first aid kit.
no medicines, or shots, just a quick healing touch of swachchand reiki works like a charm in a health crisis.
imagine the frustration of the romanian olympic gold medal winner raducan, when the gold medal awarded to her was withdrawn because she tested positive for certain banned drugs which were inadvertently given to her for providing relief for her cough and cold just a while before her event, at the sydney olympics.
the swachchand reiki treatment for just 30 minutes could perhaps have saved raducan from a shattering and traumatic experience.

based on reiki, this therapy involves just the use of two hands and the undisturbed concentration of the healer and the healee.
a life’s force

perhaps things like a heart condition, cancer, or parkinson’s disease may be difficult to cure once they overpower the human system. but, they can be avoided by a daily 30 minute-practice of swachchanda reiki. reiki, the japanese word for ‘life force energy’ is a form of alternative therapy that involves channelling energy between a healer and a healee to cure ailments.

it’s important that the healer has been properly trained and attuned by a reiki master. conventional reiki involves a purification process that lasts an hour-an-a-half, and involves about 26 positions on the body where hands are placed for about three minutes each.

swachchand reiki (the sr system of mind and body healing) is not only inexpensive, but also much quicker in healing. the word ‘swachchand’ means the purest. this system is somewhat different from the conventional reiki; in the sense that, there are only 15 positions for the hands, and each position lasts only two minutes.
this way, you don’t need more than 30 minutes a day for it. reiki also does not emphasise on focusing the mind during a routine, while the sr system expects the healer to meditate during the process to increase her own healing power.

unlike conventional reiki, swachchand reiki is not based on a direct transfer of energy from the atmosphere to the healee. instead, the healer stores the energy in herself, adding more by her daily 30 minute ‘kriya’ (exercise) and meditation. the nerves of a patient at the exact location of the medical problem are given this healing energy, which then cures the disease.
as a healer has to transfer energy from within herself, she can only effectively heal two or three patients a day; or else, a negative balance of energy emerges within the healer.
legend has it that, dr mikao usui, an exponent of conventional reiki, healed a large number of patients and died due to this at the age of 60.
swachchanda reiki also lays a lot of emphasis on maintaining a close, dedicated and compassionate relationship between the healer and the healee. regulating energy levels in your body also leads you to not only prevent and cure diseases, but also control your mind.

with each thought, certain chemicals are released in our body, that influence the functioning of glands and organs. by controlling your mind, you can prevent the harmful impact of the chemicals.

surprisingly, some have found swachchanda reiki to be more useful than conventional reiki, for treating cuts, bruises, sprains, etc. treatments for more serious ailments like migraine, nervous disorders, insomnia, and spondolytis have been successful too; and the healing could take three to seven sittings of half hour each.
if one person in every family learnt this process of healing, the national health expenditure index is bound to fall.
