Bipasha’s tip For Femina
Readers!

Stay active, no matter where you may be - at home or in the
office. And you don’t have to be a member of some gym to lead an active
lifestyle.
During my modelling days I was not so health conscious.
But now, as an actress, I have become more concerned about maintaining good
health.
* I usually workout thrice a week, but try to stay active
all the time through dancing, tennis, etc.
* I normally do a
45-minute cardio routine — with 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes
on the elliptical trainer. I don’t work on reaching a particular exercise
level, but just look to maintaining a certain heart rate throughout. After a
cardio session it is time to work with weights; any two body parts at a time.
* What really gives me an adrenaline rush is running on the
treadmill; I just love it and can never seem to get tired.
*I would
like to experience yoga. It is supposed to do wonders to a person’s
wellbeing.

* My day starts off with toast, cornflakes and juice. In the
afternoons I usually have chicken, sabji-roti or sometimes just salad. I really
look forward to my dinner, and of late have cut down on my rice intake. I
don’t really make a conscious effort to stay away from anything, but
whatever I eat has got to be low-fat or no fat.
* Love handles is
where the problem is for most women. I have been working on beating my love
handles for a while now and am actually getting to see some results. I just pay
great attention to my diet and do a lot of side twists and crunches and voila
— they haven’t come back.
* I would love a
‘Perfect Ten’ body, for which, according to me, I have a long way to
go. But sure as hell I will get there!
