Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
2 small pack Marie biscuits
3-4 tsp Cocoa powder
10-15 piece dry fruits
(ground almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts)
2-3 tsp Castor sugar
¼ cup chocolate sauce
1 small pack of coloured aniseeds
¼ cup Silver balls
¼ cup Dessicated coconut
Cold milk (according to need)

Method Grind Marie biscuits in a grinder, sieve add cocoa powder, castor sugar, dry fruits and a little cold milk. Knead it into a hard dough. Take a little dough, and make a small round ball.

Dip each ball in chocolate sauce and Roll over coloured aniseeds,silver balls or dessicated coconut, Cover with home foil and store in a refrigerator. Serve when cool.
