Mashrabiya -
Mediterranean Magic
Situated at Hotel Ashok, Mashrabiya brings the
cuisine of Lebanon to the Capital. The restaurant is spaciously designed,
divided into the ‘sheesham’ hookah lounge and the garden court
restaurant. The traditional Lebanese charcoal grills are a tasty choice and can
be complimented with the extensive range of hot and cold ‘mezzes’
(appetisers).
Some of the hottest selling items on the menu include
lamb chops, as well as chicken kebabs and shish kebabs, piled on a bed of rice.
The ‘Shawerma’, a marinated lamb or chicken dish, and the
‘Farroug Mahashi’ (baby chicken), are good choices for the

range of Korean dishes. Kumgang offers both modern and traditional (on the
floor) seating and is designed keeping in mind the ethnic nuances of Korean

Kumgang specialises in Jason
dynasty food and some of the dishes on the menu include ‘Chapchae’
(potato noodles), ‘Mandus’ (momos), and ‘Haemul Pajeon’

Greater Kailash I. It is an authentic Italian cuisine restaurant. Enter Spago
and twinkling lights on an aqua blue wall greet you. Custom-designed chairs and
mahogany tables filled with creamy white shells add to the
ambience.
Lovers of Italian cuisine can start their meal with
‘Gamberi Avocado’ (a light salad of shrimps and avocado) and follow
it with a main course of Cernia Al Limone (sole cooked in a lemon and white
wine sauce) or Risotto di Funghi (arborio rice cooked in mushroom and cheese
sauce) and Focaccia (two soft layers of unleavened dough filled with cheese and
